Comments: Enhanced control. Blocked all revenue leaks and cut costs by 30%

Pros: Comes with modules that covers all the operational areas of the hotel and host of ad ons that enhance operations such us Revenue management, reputation management, channel manager etc. Has the capability of of interfacing with almost all equipments that are used at the hotel, electronic door interface, Passport scanner, SMS alert, telephone management, IP TVs etc.
Can also interface into any other software on client requests.
IDS has great support structure with representation in almost all the countries they are present in.
Lots of reports and flexibility of customizing and redesign when required by client.

Cons: Probably due to how long the software has been in the system, it lacks rich graphics and tool tips on the pages but help options are provided through buttons.
